Some frost damage in southern Ontario

May 12, 2009, Simcoe, Ont. – Minor damage has been reported in area
apple orchards while 20 per cent damage was experienced at a local
asparagus farm following Sunday night’s frost.

It’s not known if crops experienced any damage due to low temperatures during the night of May 11.
