25, is fast taking shape.

Further details on speakers and their presentations is now available on the conventions website, located at www.potatoconvention.com. For storage specific speaker program information, further details of the content of two presentations from Dr. Nora Olsen of the University of Idaho are now available on the website. One presentation is titled – Latest research into post-harvest control of diseases – and the other is – Research offers novel sprout control programs. More content details for Cerexagri/Decco, Inc technical consultant Dr. Michael Lewis’s presentation on Understanding CIPC and its application is also available.
Processors will be interested to know that the Snack Food Association will again join the convention as a speaker. The title and content of their presentation will be announced soon.
