Canadian horticulturalist unveils ‘crisper, juicier’ hybrid apple

A new hybrid apple that has been in the making for 22 years will be available this week to consumers in Washington State. Created by a Canadian horticulturalist, the Cosmic Crisp is being touted as crisper, juicier and longer lasting than any other apple on the market.
