developed probiotic yoghurt covered raisins for confectionery as a part
of a partnership deal.

Samples of the new product, which incorporates the GanedenBC30
probiotic strain from Ganeden Biotech, will be on show next week at the
Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) show in Chicago.
