Prairie Pesticide Minor Use Consortium (PPMUC) is being held at the
Potato Growers of Alberta Office in Taber on February 27, 2009.
February 6, 2009, Taber, Alb. – The eighth annual meeting of the Prairie Pesticide Minor Use Consortium (PPMUC) is being held at the Potato Growers of Alberta Office in Taber on February 27, 2009.
Following the business meeting, members and guest will have the chance to hear several reports, including:
- update on the pesticide risk reduction program including transition strategies for organophosphate pesticides
- registration of tank mixes
- update of weed management research for the minor use pesticide program
