quik-trakJohn Deere introduces the new A-Series Quik-Trak™ mowers. The operator doesn’t sit or walk with a Quik-Trak; he or she stands on a platform. The compact size also requires less trailer space, while the ZTR design offers superior maneuverability and trimming ability compared to large walk-behinds. The three models – the 19-hp 647A, the 23-hp 657A and the 23-hp 667A – are all powered by air-cooled, vertical shaft Kawasaki engines. An overhead-valve design offers improved fuel efficiency and lower sound levels, in addition to providing more horsepower and torque per cubic inch of displacement. The 19-hp 647A, the 23-hp 657A and the 23-hp 667A are all powered by air-cooled, vertical shaft Kawasaki engines. All models are equipped with industry-exclusive 7-Iron‘ mowing decks – the 647A has a 48-inch deck, the 657A has a 54-inch deck, and the 667A has a 60-inch deck. A new curb-jumping lock-out feature (adjustment can be made without leaving platform) makes transport between mowing areas easier than ever. A restyled, longer operator platform is supported with suspension springs to absorb shock and provide a smooth, comfortable ride for all-day mowing. Mulch kits are available for all models.
