Grape growers face crop damage

B.C. – There’s been considerable bud damage to grapes in the Okanagan
and Similkameen as a result of the harshness of this past winter.

There has also been some damage to young vines.

It’s not yet known just how extensive the damage is. However, the production insurance branch of the provincial agriculture ministry has been receiving damage claims from grape and soft fruit growers. | READ MORE
