Alberta’s HortSnacks at night

October 19, 2015, Edmonton, Alta – The HortSnacks at Night – Standard Operating Procedures workshop takes place October 27 in Coaldale, October 28 in Sherwood Park and October 29, 2015, in Fairview.
“Connie Kehler from the Saskatchewan Herb and Spice Association will be discussing incorporating standard operating procedures (SOPs) into your operation, writing for internal versus external clients and how to avoid sharing too much,” said Dustin Morton, commercial horticulture specialist, Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, Stettler.
“The workshop is part of a series designed to demonstrate the scope of the local market opportunity and facilitate business start-up, establishment and enhancement first hand with on the ground practitioners.”
Each of the three occurrences of the HortSnacks at Night – Standard Operating Procedures workshop will run from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and are free of charge. Snacks will be provided. Register for any of the three by calling the Ag-Info Centre at 1-800-387-6030.
