Waste potatoes to power factory

London, UK – A potato packing firm in Lincolnshire is building a new machine
that will turn waste vegetables into electricity.

Branston Ltd hopes the
anaerobic digestion plant will generate 40 per cent of the power needed to run
the factory at Branston, near Lincoln.
