Introducing your 2025 IWCA Honourees

Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture (IWCA) is proud to present its 2025 honouree selections.
The agricultural brands at Annex Business Media recognize the following seven women who were nominated by friends, family, colleagues and collaborators and evaluated by a team of internal and external stakeholders. They are:
- Cathy Lennon – Ontario Federation of Agriculture
- Athyna Cambouris – AAFC
- Jolene MacEachern – Dalhousie University
- Emily Ford – Quattro Farms
- Meghan Scott – Hensall Co-Op
- Martine Boulianne – Université the Montréal
- Candace Mitschke – SaskFSA
The seven honourees were chosen for their contributions to agriculture as leaders, advocates, innovators, mentors and more.
Throughout the summer, these women will share their stories and perspectives through our annual AgAnnex Talks podcast series. They will then come together, virtually, for the annual IWCA Virtual Summit, Oct. 21, to partake in panels, discussions and more about the growing, unique and at times complex roles of Canadian women in agriculture.
