The winery’s 2006 Quintessential wine was named top red wine of the year at the 2009 All-Canadian Wine Championships in Windsor, Ont.
Since taking over the winery in 2004, owner Kim Pullen has spent millions on the operation, including the establishment of an Okanagan site that has evolved into the core of the business.
Church and State grows the bulk of its grapes on 45 hectares near Oliver, B.C.
