Potato open house

January 2, 2013, Fredericton, NB – Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s Potato Research Centre is holding an open house February 13, 2013.

The open house will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until about 3 p.m. Lunch will be provided.

In the morning, visitors will have an opportunity to view potato selections from both the Potato Research Centre and the Lethbridge Research Centre. There will also be an opportunity to taste test the varieties.

In the afternoon, presentations will be held covering nutritional and marketing trends, and disease management research.
