Up against wineries such as Jackson-Triggs, Inniskillin and
Nk’Mip Cellars, his Summerhill Pyramid Winery has captured the trophy as
Canadian Winery of the Year from the prestigious International Wine and Spirit
Competition in London, England.

Canadian Winery of the Year from the prestigious International Wine and Spirit
Competition in London, England.

Cipes says he got the news from Anthony von Mandl,
proprietor of Mission Hill Family Estate, who attended the posh celebratory
dinner at the City of London Guildhall among the statues of such historic
