Livestock producers
feeding culls after that date must have a permit.

Cull potatoes and rock
piles are normally the largest source of airborne late blight spores. This
source poses the greatest threat to the new crop during the plant emergence
stage in June as well as throughout the growing season if cull piles are not
eliminated.

Options for disposal of
cull include feeding to animals and composting. A permit is required if culls
are being buried.
