Orchardists await word from minister

March 24, 2010 – Okanagan apple growers are still demanding
action despite a deadline being missed.

The B.C. Fruit Growers' Association had asked Agriculture Minister Steve Thomson to respond to a financial request by (March 20), but that didn't occur.
