changes to the board of directors following the organization’s annual general
meeting held May 25, 2011 in Guelph, Ont.

Ont – OnTrace Agri-Food Traceability, is pleased to announce the following
changes to the board of directors following the organization’s annual general
meeting held May 25, 2011 in Guelph, Ont.
Bruce Saunders has been
acclaimed new chair of OnTrace (Bruce is past chair of the Dairy Farmers of
Ontario). Bette Jean Crews, (chair of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture)
was acclaimed as vice-chair. Both have been members of the OnTrace board since the
company’s inception in 2006. Brian Sterling continues as chief executive
officer.
The board also created
the position of past president, which will be designated at the discretion of
the board. Curtiss Littlejohn (past chair of Ontario Pork) now becomes past
president of the company.
The 2011-2012 board of
directors includes:
