NL sets plan to double province’s vegetable production by 2022

Vegetable production in Newfoundland and Labrador stands to see an increase through a new plan launched by the provincial government. Part of the plan is to introduce a mentorship program in which seasoned farmers will work with those entering the business with an overall goal to double Newfoundland and Labrador’s vegetable production by 2022.
