New P.E.I. potato general manager

March 3, 2009, Charlottetown, PEI – The Prince Edward Island Potato Marketing Board has a new general manager – Greg Donald.

Donald, a former manager with Cavendish Group and McCain Foods , brings more than 20 years of experience in agriculture to his new position. He is also a former president of the Atlantic Fertilizer Institute and served on the CropLife (Atlantic) executive committee.

Donald has a BSc in agriculture from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College and a MBA from the University of New Brunswick.

He took over his new position in mid-February.
