November 27, 2008, Toronto, Ont. – Niagara Cooks is a new do-it-yourself, eat local cookbook celebrating the culinary mastery of agriculturally based Ontario cuisine.

Through the pages of this cookbook, readers can find quick and easy recipes that will whet their appetite for fresh local foods, a farmer’s story with each recipe, sources for obtaining safe, farm-fresh ingredients, a harvest schedule so they can keep on top of Ontario’s food at its peak of ripeness and wine pairings that make it easy to create their own regional meals.
