MANA adds new Canadian business manager

addition of Dave Norris to its growing MANA Canada service team.

June 16, 2008, Raleigh, N.C. — Makhteshim Agan of North America, Inc. (MANA) recently announced the addition of Dave Norris to its growing MANA Canada service team.

manaEffective immediately, Norris will begin working with retailers and distributors across Alberta and western Saskatchewan as an area business manager to expand the presence and reach of MANA Canada crop protection products.

“Dave has become very familiar with the crop protection industry across western Canada through almost 15 years of experience and an incredible track record of success,” says Dale Kushner, MANA Canadian commercial business manager. “In the crop protection business, Canada is an important, fast-growing market. The addition of someone with Dave’s knowledge and expertise of Canadian growers allows MANA to more thoroughly address the needs of the region by providing an expansive portfolio of products promising the best value in the industry.”

Since 1995, Norris has worked as a territory sales manager across western Canada with Bayer CropScience. Prior to this role, he held sales positions with several prominent Canadian crop protection companies.

Norris graduated from the College of Agriculture within the University of Saskatchewan in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in soil science. He became a certified crop consultant in 2007. He lives in Delisle, Saskatchewan, with his wife, Nicole, and his two children, Josh and Josie.

Norris will be based in Delisle, Saskatchewan.
