Learning from Alberta fruit, vegetable field day

clear, sunny skies and warm temperatures, about 30 people came together to tour
three fruit and vegetable farm operations in the Lethbridge area.

three fruit and vegetable farm operations in the Lethbridge area.

It was nice to see the
contrast between the different farms, in terms of production, scale and
marketing channels, as well as the different focus that these differences
bring. The following are some of the things that were observed and/or learned
during the day.
