April 23, 2009, Burnaby, BC – There’s some contraband fruit trees on the loose near Burnaby, B.C.

According to a recent report in Burnaby Now, a local garden centre has discovered that thieves stole about 100 fruit trees from the company’s back lot. All that are left of the cherry, apple and plum trees are the empty pots.
