Frost protection resources for Ontario growers ahead of May’s cold wave

The vegetable team from Ontario’s Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA) published a host of frost protection resources ahead of May’s cold snap.

At the end of the second week of May and into the weekend, temperatures are expected to sit around the low teens during the day and hitting below 0 in some areas at night.
