Arlington, PEI – Heavy rains created problems for one P.E.I. orchard owner
after waters from Mill Creek backed up and flooded the roads leading to the
business.

after waters from Mill Creek backed up and flooded the roads leading to the
business.

, believes the flooding resulted from bridge repairs made by the
province – repairs that have restricted the flow of water causing it to back up
and flood the surrounding area during heavy rainfalls.
