Surviving and Thriving in the Food Industry

A six session hands-on training beginning Oct. 16 and finishing on Nov. 30.

This program is designed for producers and processors already in production and on the shelf. There will be category exclusivity in these sessions to ensure that participants are not in competition with each other during their learning. Each business will receive specific training for their product with less than 10 participants.
