E. coli illnesses lead to recall of Fresh Express lettuce

At least 16 Canadians have fallen victim to an E. coli outbreak as a result of ingesting tainted packaged salad. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has consequently recalled Fresh Express brand’s sunflower crisp chopped kit.
