Agriculture HR resource available for free for producers

The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) is offering their AgriHR toolkit, a collection of tools and resources for managing employees in agriculture, free of charge for producers.

Producers can access the toolkit online and use the discount code, “COVID-19,” to receive a one-year membership to the resources.

CAHRC writes that this toolkit offers resources to improve an employer’s people-management skills and help them find, retain, and support employees.

This promotion comes at a time when many in the agriculture sector are facing labour uncertainties because of arrival delays for temporary foreign workers and an influx of new labour from layoffs as a result of COVID-19.
