Freeze damage to Michigan crops being evaluated

April 29, 2010, Paw Paw, Mich. – It was too soon Wednesday to determine how much of the area’s fruit crop was damaged when early-morning temperatures dipped below freezing, a local agriculture expert said.

Temperatures ranged from about 26 to 31 degrees early Wednesday in parts of Van Buren County.
