Rittenhouse unveils new web site

In celebration of its 91st year of service, Rittenhouse is proud to introduce its brand new state-of-the-art e-commerce website to its valued customers. In those 91 years, Rittenhouse has always taken pride in providing the best products coupled with enhanced customer service. In 1999, Rittenhouse launched its first e-commerce website, where customers could purchase both professional and consumer products online. Over the past five years, the popularity of that website has grown and now more than 1.7 million people visit the site annually, completing thousands of sales worldwide. With more than 11,000 products and parts, www.rittenhouse.ca has emerged as one of North America’s largest and most popular horticultural e-commerce websites. Building on the company’s already reputable e-commerce site, the new www.rittenhouse.ca includes features such as the ability to save orders for later, ability to easily reorder the same product, improved automated response e-mails and a greatly improved search mechanism. Security still remains one of Rittenhouse’s top priorities, ensuring that visitors have a safe and secure online shopping experience. In today’s rapidly changing technological world, Rittenhouse understands the need to utilize the latest technology. With that in mind, Rittenhouse spent more than a year developing and perfecting this new state-of-the-art website. This new site will provide customers with the best possible online shopping experience.
